2016 Amaregis Amarone della Valpoicella Riserva Cielo e Terra Rhône-Nord What a nose of driedThis wine is made from Corvina and Rondinella. The grapes are selectively harvested and then stored in small boxes to dry for 3 to 4 months. This is done in an environment where the wind can do its work to avoid mold. Once the grapes are sufficiently dry, they are pressed, processed and stored in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine is aged in large oak barrels for four years.
