JPS Consulting Engineers Sdn Bhd (JPSCE) is a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor with over 50 talented engineers, drafters and administrative staffs managed by 5 Directors, 4 Associate Directors and 3 Associates. In addition, there are more than 15 site staff on secondment from client and more than 10 associated staff.
At JPSCE, our focus is always on providing additional value and superior service to our diverse range of clients, while at the same time maintaining a high standard of engineering practice and professional conduct.
We serve, we deliver and we achieve the goal together with you is the motto of our company to remind us of our responsibility to serve our clients, to deliver to the end user, and the importance of working in a team together with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
OUR HISTORY
In the year 1992, we were initially formed under the partnership practice of Jurutera Perunding Setiaraya. Subsequently, the firm was registered as a body corporate in year 1996.

The firm is registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM Reg. No. 377 B/C – Civil), the Ministry of Finance (Reg. No. 465-00010129 – Civil & Structural Engineering) and The Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (Reg. No. P217)

IR. TAN AY BING
Ir. Tan Ay Bing is a Director as well as a founding member of JPSCE. His professional affiliations include Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (FIEM), Registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC), International Professional Engineer [IntPE(MY)] and APEC Engineer (APEC Eng).
A civil engineering graduate from Universiti Malaya, he was also an Associate Director at Hashim & NEH Sdn Bhd prior to the setting up of JPSCE He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from Universiti Malaya.
IR. CHONG YEONG YUAN
Ir. Chong Yeong Yuan is a Director and also a founding member of JPSCE. His professional affiliations include Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (FIEM), Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers UK (MICE), Chartered Engineer UK (C.Eng), Registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC), International Professional Engineer [IntPE(MY)], APEC Engineer (APEC Eng) and Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (MACEM).
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from Universiti Malaya.
IR. GOH YOKE LOONG
Ir. Goh Yoke Loong is a Director and has been a key member of the JPSCE team for over 20 years. His professional affiliations include Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM), Registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC), Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (MACEM) and ASEAN Certified Professional Engineer (ACPE).
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) degree from UNSW, Australia and a Masters of Business Administration from Universiti Malaya.

Ir. Benedict Chan Wei Chiang is a Director and a young key member of the JPSCE team. His professional affiliations are Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM), Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (MACEM) and Registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC).

Ir. Lee Derk Chyuan, Derwin is a Director and another young key member of the JPSCE team. He holds a Masters of Structural Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
